Lara, glad you like it. Actually it was even more intense than you may think. The year I shot that was the 145th anniversary of the battle of Gettysburg and more cannons were brought to the reenactment and fired than have been fired since the battle itself. I do not know how far away they could be heard this time, but I do know that on the last day of the actual battle the guns could be heard in Harrisburg 40 miles away.
